Young And The Restless Scoop June 14: Victor Is Audra’s Secret Investor – Diane Faces Off With Nikki – Billy Tries To Sweet Talk Lily
The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, June 14 reveals Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will look forward to his partnership with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).
Also coming up, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will face off with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). Plus, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will attempt to sweet talk Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). And Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is heading to Paris.
Y&R spoilers tease Billy will show up at the office with snacks for Lily. “I do not have time for this,” she’ll say. But when he shows her a bag of salt and vinegar potato chips, she’ll admit he’s ruthlessly charming. However, she’s not going to be sweet talked with snacks.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Lily Tells Billy He’s Being A Hypocrite
“I know that you know my proposals are the right way to go,” he’ll reply. Lily will ask about Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and he’ll say she’s doing okay. However, he didn’t tell his mother that he blabbed about her health condition to Lily. And Billy will once again bring up adding Abbott to the company name.
Lily will point out it would be a lot easier to push it through if he were to tell Devon Winters (Bryton James) what’s going on with Jill. But he’ll refuse. And Lily will say he’s being a hypocrite, trying to cut Devon out of the company.
At the GCAC bar, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will be in a hurry. He needs to get home to Harrison Locke (Redding Munsell) with some take-out. But Victor will stop him and ask how Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) is doing as a nanny. Then he’ll will be pleased to hear Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) invited Kyle to have a beer sometime.
Talk will turn to Jabot and Victor will say he doesn’t think Kyle’s happy with his present job. He’ll suggest maybe it’s time for a change. “What did you have in mind?” Kyle will ask. Victor will say there’s always a spot for bright young executives at Newman.
Meanwhile, Jack will be on the phone telling someone he’ll always be there for them. Diane will ask who he was talking to. “Traci,” Jack will reply. Then he’ll ask if she thought he was talking to Nikki and she’ll admit she did. “I am not going to be Nikki’s sponsor but I am going to continue to talk to my friend going forward,” Jack will reply. “As I always have, whether you and Victor like it or not.”
Then Diane will see Nikki walk in. “I owe you an apology,” Nikki will say. “I should have taken a moment to tell you how sorry I am to have put you through that night of hell.” Jack will get a call and Diane will ask Nikki to join her.
Young And The Restless Scoop – They Agreed It Was A Bad Idea
She’ll say she knows Diane was upset when she asked Jack to be a sponsor again. “I can only imagine the friction that caused,” she’ll say. But Diane will say she’s sure it caused Nikki friction in her own marriage. She’ll add she ran into Victor and they agreed it was a bad idea to have Jack as her sponsor. But Nikki will say she and Victor are happier than ever.
Diane will say perhaps Nikki could try leaning on her own husband, instead of constantly calling her old friend. A perturbed Nikki will leave and Diane will ask if Jack if wants to have a nightcap. But he’ll say he can’t, he’s heading to Paris to check on his sisters. They’ll head back home and Diane and Kyle will argue about Jabot again.
In Paris, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will tell Audra they can still have the life and the future they want. But Audra will say she will have the future she wants and the best part is she won’t have to have it with him. “This is what losing feels like and it’s gonna get worse.”
Audra will add that Glissade will be hers by the end of the day tomorrow. So, Tucker will ask who her investor is. But Audra will say it’d be much more fun for him to be surprised. She’ll leave but Tucker will follow her out to the elevator. And they’ll have the exact same conversation they always have.
Tucker will return to his room and speak with his assistant. She’ll ask what he’s going to do. “Call each member of the board, tell them Audra convinced you to join them,” he’ll tell her. “Also, see if you can find out who’s willing to steal Glissade out from under me.”
Finally, Audra will call her secret investor and she’ll tell the person, if everything goes according to plan, Glissade will be theirs. “I’m very much looking forward to a partnership with you as the head of Glissade,” Victor will reply. He’ll add that they’ll make a formidable team. “We’ll create a cosmetics company that will crush whoever comes our way.”
