‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) Takes Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) Back After Catfight?
‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that when Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) snapped and pursued Phyllis Summers, she might have worked herself up. (Michelle Stafford) Phyllis employed the age-old tactic used by kids to get attention from adults by provoking someone until they lose it.
It’s a tried-and-true ruse that demonstrates Phyllis’ growth. I’m not clear why so many of you still support her. She makes for intriguing television, I suppose, but as a character, she’s just illogical.
She has, however, unmistakably painted Diane in a negative light, and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), who just so happened to enter at the appropriate moment, witnessed Diane strangling Phyllis.

We are unsure of Jack’s thoughts as the assault is witnessed by him and everyone else. Will he really stand by Diane now, or has he had enough of the back-and-forth between the two of them?
According to some rumors, Phyllis could use the “crying victim” strategy to get back into Jack’s embrace.
Naturally, this would come as a big shock, and the fans would get their wish when Diane is made to leave and Phyllis and Jack reconcile.
By no means do I want this, but based on the remarks and conversations I’ve observed, it appears that I’m not alone in this.
I’m hoping Diane can convince Jack of her side of the story and that he’ll accept it as the reality of what transpired and how Phyllis’ refusal to back down compelled Diane to take action. In either case, I wish this arc would wrap up quickly. Now, I can hardly bear it!
