The Young and the Restless

The Young and the Restless Tuesday, June 18 Recap: Tucker Reveals Fake Crisis – Victoria & Nikki’s Plan Flops

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Tuesday, June 18, reveals that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will continue to accuse Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) of faking his medical crisis before storming out. The moment Tucker’s alone with Dawn (Gina Garcia-Sharp) and the doctor, he’ll jump up and prove he’s totally fine.

Tucker will pay the doctor for his trouble and send him on his way. From there, Tucker will tell Dawn that he bought them some time – but not much!

Once Tucker points out that they’re going to need major dirt on at least two Glissade board members, he’ll instruct Dawn to get his operatives to handle that.

Tucker will also want to know where Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is, so he’ll eventually hear about Jack’s Paris visit and decide to go see him in person.

Meanwhile, Jack will comfort Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) as her emotions catch up with her over the whole Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins) ordeal.

As Jack and Ashley discuss the source of Ashley’s childhood trauma, they’ll consider the possibility that Ashley found out she wasn’t John Abbott’s (Jerry Douglas) biological son sooner than anyone thought.

Once Jack is in the other room taking a business call, Tucker will show up.

After briefly speaking with Traci about Ashley, Tucker will admit he’s actually there to see Jack.

That news will confuse Traci, but Jack will return and push Tucker to say whatever it is that he came to say.

Once Traci leaves, Tucker will accuse Jack of being the secret investor who’s joined forces with Audra.

Although Tucker will believe Jack’s getting revenge by taking over Glissade, Jack will insist that’s preposterous and that he’s only focused on Ashley right now.

Afterward, Tucker will reconvene with Dawn and grow frustrated when he learns his operatives haven’t come up with any dirt on the board members.

Back in Genoa City, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will give Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) updates on Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) progress and the visit he plans to make with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) today.

Victor will continue pushing Adam to take over at Newman Media, but he won’t be willing to divulge his mysterious enemy just yet.

All Victor will reveal is that he wants Adam to use Newman Media’s outlets to say negative things against another company.

Without all the facts, Adam will turn down the job since he won’t want to get tangled up in a big mess when his focus should be on Connor.

Although Adam will have a plane to catch, he’ll suggest they can talk more about this when he gets back – that is if Victor’s willing to come clean about his mystery enemy by then.

Once Adam is home with his suitcase, he’ll mull over a previous conversation with Victor – the one where Victor talked about needing Adam to be a ruthless, strong ally.

Next on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Audra will alert Victor to the latest snag over the phone, but she’ll assure him that the plan will move forward.

Victor will think the next step should be figuring out what Tucker’s up to.

Once Audra visits Tucker’s suite again, she won’t be surprised to see that he seems to be in perfect health.

Tucker will ultimately declare that it’s over before insisting that Audra has won, so she’ll be taken aback as he surrenders.

At the tack house, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will refuse to take over Newman Media, especially since she won’t think Victor’s going to allow it.

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will pitch an alternative where she runs Newman Media with Victoria’s help, so Victoria will finally cave in.

After Nikki and Victoria share their plan to team up on running Newman Media, Victor will shut it down hard!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will hold out hope that he can put Adam in charge, so we’ll bring you more predictions on what Adam’s next moves will be.
