The Young and the Restless Tuesday, May 21 Update: Victor’s Hostage Blunder – Jordan’s Chance at Help

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, May 21, reveals that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will have more conflict to work through when it comes to Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) ordeal.

Chelsea and Adam missed out on their scheduled visit with Connor since he’s been inflicting physical harm on himself, so they’ll be anxious for updates from his team – especially since Connor might have to go into deeper isolation at another treatment center.

Of course, it’d be better if Connor could stay where he is and focus on finding some stability, but it all depends on how he responds to his meds and therapy.

Chelsea and Adam will apparently get into an argument as they await news on Connor’s next steps, but they’ll eventually calm down and put their son’s well-being above all else.

Other Y&R spoilers say Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will land on the hot seat with Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck), who’ll put him through an interrogation about his suspicious behavior lately.

Victor has developed a habit of vanishing on the property, so Cole will become increasingly certain that he’s hiding something.

Since Victor acted so nonchalant about Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) corpse not turning up, Cole may mention that again as well.

It’s strange for Victor to seem so certain Jordan won’t be a problem anymore without fatal proof.

Cole will keep working to solve this mystery and will call Victor out for trying to dodge his questions.

It looks like Cole will push one button too many and face Victor’s wrath, so Victor may insist this discussion is over.

However, Cole won’t give up on his efforts to connect the dots.

The next time Victor sneaks down to Jordan’s makeshift jail cell, he’ll get caught coming out of the dungeon door.

As a result, Cole will gain some new clues about where Victor keeps disappearing to.

The fact that Victor will have a dinner dome could make Cole wonder if Jordan is a hostage down there.
